At SIGGRAPH 2019, AMD Software Development Manager Brian Savery gives an overview of AMD’s Radeon ProRender plug-in for Blender 2.80. He demonstrates Radeon ProRender Full Spectrum Rendering in Blender 2.80, now available in a beta plug-in. What Full Spectrum Rendering means is that it gives artists a viewport that can be scaled from super-fast rasterized to fully ray-traced rendering, all with physically accurate materials and lighting. Think of it as a mix of EEVEE and Cycles all in one package, powered by Vulkan! The great thing about Radeon ProRender is that it will run also on modern NVIDIA cards.
